Consultant (Professional Services)
We are looking for Consultants who want to spend less time configuring software and more time solving business problems, designing impactful planning solutions, and helping clients transform the way they operate.
Your role
As a Consultant, you will play an active role in delivery projects, working closely with clients and senior consultants to translate business challenges into effective, scalable planning solutions.
You will:
Contribute to the functional design of Supply Chain Planning processes across transformation and implementation projects.
Analyze and challenge clients’ planning processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.
Design business solutions that balance business value, solution complexity, and long-term maintainability.
Prepare and facilitate client workshops, working with senior consultants to engage stakeholders and align on key decisions.
Own functional workstreams or project deliverables from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and work effectively with technical and implementation teams.
Support clients in adopting new planning processes and ways of working.
Contribute to reusable design patterns, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the company.
Develop your consulting and functional expertise by working alongside experienced consultants on increasingly complex challenges.
Typical domains include:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
S&OP / IBP
Production Scheduling
Revenue Growth Management (occasionally)
What we're looking for:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Supply Chain consulting, transformation, planning, or a related business environment, with expertise in at least one planning domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
A solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Comfortable working directly with clients, contributing to workshops, presenting recommendations, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of functional deliverables and workstreams while collaborating effectively with more senior team members.
Curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and learn new approaches.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and learning from others.
Master's degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent), with professional proficiency in French and English.
Why join Sunstice?
You'll help shape two transformations happening simultaneously:
the convergence of business consulting and software implementation;
the transformation of Supply Chain delivery through AI.
You'll work on long-term client partnerships where success is measured by business outcomes—not software deployment alone.
Our consultants remain involved from initial design through implementation, hypercare, and continuous optimization, ensuring every design decision delivers lasting value.
At Sunstice, you'll have the opportunity to develop beyond traditional implementation consulting: building strong functional expertise, taking increasing ownership of client challenges, and growing into a trusted advisor to our clients.
If you're looking for a role where your problem-solving skills, business understanding, and consulting mindset matter more than configuration work, we'd love to meet you.
